NorthPeak Travel Consultancy Services ('NorthPeak', 'we', 'us', or 'our') is a luxury travel consultancy based in the Philippines. Our registered address is One Vertis Plaza, 26th Floor, Vertis North, Brgy. Pag-asa, 1105 Quezon City, Philippines.

These Terms of Service govern your use of our website and the travel consultancy services we provide. By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

NorthPeak Travel provides bespoke travel consultancy services including itinerary design, accommodation sourcing, transport coordination, and concierge support. We act as an agent on your behalf in arranging travel services with third-party suppliers.

All travel proposals and itineraries prepared by NorthPeak are tailored to your specific requirements. Proposals remain subject to availability and supplier confirmation until a booking is formally confirmed and a deposit received.

A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of a signed booking form (or written confirmation by email) and the required deposit. Until that point, all arrangements remain provisional and subject to change.

It is your responsibility to ensure that all names, dates, and travel details provided to us are accurate. NorthPeak accepts no liability for costs arising from errors in information you have supplied.

A deposit is required at the time of booking confirmation. The balance of your travel costs is typically due no later than 60 days before your departure date, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Specific payment terms will be set out in your booking confirmation.

All prices quoted are in the currency stated in your proposal and are subject to change until a booking is confirmed and deposit received. NorthPeak reserves the right to pass on any supplier-imposed price increases that occur after confirmation, though we will notify you promptly of any such changes.

If you wish to cancel or amend a confirmed booking, you must notify us in writing as soon as possible. Cancellation charges will apply in accordance with the terms of the individual suppliers involved (hotels, airlines, ground operators, etc.) and will be communicated to you at the time of booking.

NorthPeak will make every reasonable effort to accommodate amendments to your itinerary, though changes may incur additional costs and are subject to availability.

We strongly recommend that all clients obtain comprehensive travel insurance prior to travel, covering cancellation, medical expenses, personal liability, and loss of baggage. NorthPeak does not provide travel insurance and accepts no liability for losses that would have been covered by appropriate insurance.

It is your responsibility to ensure that you hold a valid passport and any required visas for your destination(s). NorthPeak can provide general guidance on visa requirements but cannot be held responsible for any failure to obtain the correct documentation.

You are also responsible for ensuring you meet any health or vaccination requirements for your destination. We recommend consulting your doctor or a travel health clinic well in advance of departure.

NorthPeak Travel acts as an agent for third-party suppliers and is not responsible for the acts or omissions of those suppliers, including airlines, hotels, transport operators, and tour guides. Our liability to you is limited to the consultancy fees paid to NorthPeak directly.

We accept no liability for any loss, damage, injury, or inconvenience arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, political unrest, strikes, or pandemic-related disruptions.

All content on this website, including text, images, itineraries, and design, is the property of NorthPeak Travel Consultancy Services and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this website without our prior written consent.

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Quezon City, Philippines.

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated 'Last Updated' date. Your continued use of our website or services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
